Recently, The Art of EMJ celebrated its 3rd anniversary. To commemorate the celebration, I collaborated with world-renowned artist, Scott Forrest on a special limited edition collection of EMJ Private Stock bow ties. Scott is famous for his skillful use of layering textures to create patterns that stretch the imagination. Our collaboration formed the perfect piece of art; The Art of EMJ 3-D Bow tie! The 3-D Bow tie utilizes the use of 3-D Chroma glasses when viewing each bow tie. Yep…you heard it right! The 3-D bow tie has now been invented by The Art of EMJ. The 3-D bow tie debuted at the Lexington Social House in Hollywood California. Friends, stylist, editors and socialites all gathered to view and celebrate The Art of EMJ’s anniversary and my collaboration with Scott Forrest.
I am blessed to be in business after 3 years. All the pain and aches of business development have been worth it. I’ve learned that failures in business are stepping stones to success, if you remain humble, keep your mind open and trust in God. At the inception of launching The Art of EMJ, I made a commitment to myself to take disappointments and or failures and turn them into laws of lessons learned. I am grateful to all those friends, family and clients who have supported my journey in the world of bow ties. I look forward to continuing this journey for more years to come!
